Fastest way to lose weight, part 1

Many people are struggling to lose weight, and there are several of reasons for it. It might be a need to feel more attractive; or maybe the weight-problem has come so far that it’s causing health problems? I do not know what reason you have to lose weight. I can’t promise you a miracle cure to solve weight issues either. Many people claim they have a secret medicine, or having some top secret methods that might help you.

I don’t want to make you such a promise. I will only share my thoughts and advice on the subject for you; and I firmly believe this method will work, but only you can make the choice and changes needed to really make it work.

To lose weight might be a large battle for you. Anyone claiming its easy are probably trying to fool you or of some reason trying to make you buy their product. However; losing weight is most times a choice of life style; and you have to be willing to make the necessary changes. Will it be easy? No, definitely not. It will be days you wish to go back to your old habits; and days you don’t want to implement the changes you have decided upon.

The first thing you should do is to decide to change your life. To lose weight is really about changing your life. The changes will include parts as exercising; eating more healthy food and limiting the usage of sweets or soda. Are you ready for a new life? I really hope so. The first step to a better life is to define what you want. Do define the current situation and how you want your life to be. You can’t expect your life to change itself; you have to make the changes. You have to understand your current situation. You have to understand what life you want instead of this life. No one else can make the decision for you. No one else can make sure you keep your changes. You are ultimately responsible for every change; and you are responsible for not blaming everyone else for your life as it is. You are, like me, a strong person; and the only one who can truly make the changes. I will of course ask you to include your beloved ones to support and help you through all the changes. To ask them not to discourage you from the changes you are about to make. I hope you will continue to the second part of these articles.
